NACA Announces Strategic Partnership with National Insurance Institute for 2027 Annual Convention
The National Association of Catastrophe Adjusters (NACA) is pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with the National Insurance Institute (NII), a leading provider of insurance education, training, and professional development programs. As part of this partnership, NII will serve as the Continuing Education (CE) administrator for the 2027 NACA Annual Convention, taking place January 24–28, 2027, at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada.
This collaboration represents a significant step forward in NACA's ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality educational opportunities and professional development resources for independent adjusters.
Through the partnership, NII will oversee the continuing education approval process for eligible convention sessions, working directly with presenters and state insurance departments to maximize CE opportunities for attendees. NII currently serves as an approved CE provider in multiple states and continues to expand its approval footprint to better serve insurance professionals nationwide.
"NACA has always been committed to providing relevant, practical education that helps adjusters grow professionally and maintain their licenses," said Joelle Ward, Executive Director of NACA. "Partnering with the National Insurance Institute strengthens our ability to deliver a seamless continuing education experience while enhancing the overall value of the convention for our attendees."
In addition to CE administration, the partnership establishes a broader strategic relationship between the two organizations focused on education, professional development, and industry advancement. NACA members will gain access to exclusive educational opportunities and resources through NII, while both organizations will collaborate on future initiatives designed to support the insurance adjusting profession.
The 2027 NACA Annual Convention will feature six educational tracks covering a wide range of topics including property, commercial flood, auto, and software & technology. Most sessions will be eligible for continuing education credit, providing attendees with an opportunity to earn valuable CE hours while gaining practical knowledge from industry experts.
"We are excited to welcome the National Insurance Institute as a strategic partner and look forward to working together to provide exceptional educational experiences for our members," Ward added.
Registration for the 2027 NACA Annual Convention opens August 1, 2026. For additional information about the convention, visit NACA's website at nacaadjuster.org.
