Haley Pearson, Independent Adjuster

Statement of Interest
Haley Pearson is a firm believer that NACA is the single most important organization in the independent adjusting industry. Since attending her first convention in Las Vegas, she has been determined to become involved however she can, whether it's inviting other adjusters she meets along her journey to join her at NACA or speaking about NACA on public forums. Haley has been a part of the Convention Planning Committee and has run Speed Networking for the past few years at the convention. She also enjoys volunteering at the convention and loves helping NACA in any way she can. She has also made quite a few YouTube videos along the way sharing why being affiliated with and attending NACA is crucial for success in this industry. Many have heard Haley say, from the bottom of her heart, that she loves the NACA event and considers it one of the best and most useful events someone in this industry could attend. She credits this event with 100% of her success in the industry. Haley would like to be considered as a board member because she sees the changes happening in the industry and would like to be a contributor in ensuring that NACA remains adaptable to those changes and keeps coming back stronger every year.
She would like to continue adding to the "buzz" about the convention in any way possible and help ensure that those considering entering the industry have a fighting chance to succeed for years to come. This industry can be incredibly confusing to navigate as a new adjuster. Having entered the industry in 2020, Haley brings a firsthand understanding of the learning curve newer adjusters face and the value of finding guidance, building relationships, and gaining confidence early in their careers. If there isn't a way for seasoned adjusters to give back to new adjusters through a structured support platform such as NACA, then we aren't doing justice to those who reached out a helping hand to us when we were new. As many of you know, Haley has volunteered in a few different capacities over the last few years, and she would love the opportunity to become more involved and make a difference however she can. Haley brings hands on field experience, a record of volunteering with NACA, and a strong commitment to helping fellow adjusters succeed. She would welcome the opportunity to turn that commitment into continued service on the Board of Directors.
