Biography
Greg Stokes is an accomplished operations leader and the current Director of Recruiting and Communications, specializing in building high-impact workforce and talent solutions within the independent insurance adjusting space. With decades of diverse leadership experience, Greg has mastered the entire talent lifecycle for field and inside property and auto claims teams. His strategic foresight and cross-functional leadership have successfully optimized onboarding timelines by over 90%, driving operational efficiency for numerous major carrier clients while standardizing training and evaluation benchmarks across high-volume environments.
A visionary modernizer of enterprise infrastructure, Greg has pioneered large-scale compliance and communication networks. He successfully introduced a compliance tracking system supporting more than 20,000 adjusters, managed complex multi-state corporate licensing, and built a comprehensive Continuing Education (CE) program. Blending technology with media outreach, Greg also established a multi-location live media studio network across five locations and grew his organization's digital footprint from fewer than 4,000 to over 30,000 active social media followers. Prior to his executive roles in recruiting and corporate communications, Greg built a rich foundation in large-scale property management, field inspections, and catastrophe claims operations, where he managed inside desk adjusting teams of up to 450 personnel.
He holds multi-state Property and Casualty Adjuster licenses in 27 states. Outside of his corporate achievements, Greg studied at the University of Texas at Austin and is a dedicated community leader, having served extensively on local educational task forces and as a digital infrastructure coordinator for regional youth organizations.
