Doug Hubby, CatPro

Statement of Interest

I am honored to be nominated for another term on the NACA Board of Directors. Having proudly served on the Board for the past four years—including the last two as President—I have witnessed firsthand the incredible growth, collaboration, and dedication that define this association. My passion for NACA runs deep.

For the past eight years, I have volunteered on the Education Committee, working alongside an exceptional team to elevate the quality and diversity of our educational programming. Together, we’ve strengthened NACA’s convention curriculum to ensure it meets the needs of adjusters at every level—from those entering the profession to highly experienced experts seeking advanced training.

As a long-time catastrophe adjuster, I understand the challenges and opportunities our members face in the field. My continued goal is to help NACA expand its impact as the leading source of professional development, ethical standards, and community within our industry. I would be grateful for your support and the opportunity to continue serving this great organization.
